EchoOrb is an iOS app by Manu.Vision that transforms sound into 3D visual and haptic signatures. This page covers common questions and ways to get help.
Getting Started
EchoOrb opens with built-in sample sounds. Tap Play to hear and feel a sound, drag the orb to explore the 3D signature, and scrub the waveform to move through playback.
EchoOrb+
EchoOrb+ is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks microphone recording, audio and video imports, and image and video exports.
- If your purchase does not appear, tap Restore on the EchoOrb+ screen.
- TestFlight purchases are sandbox purchases and do not charge real money.
- App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple Account.
Microphone, Photos, and Files
EchoOrb asks for microphone access only when you record audio. It asks for Photos or file access only when you import media or save an export. You can manage these permissions in the iOS Settings app.
Import and Export Help
- If a video or audio file does not import, try a common format such as MP4, MOV, M4A, WAV, or MP3.
- If saving to Photos fails, check that EchoOrb has permission to add items to your photo library.
- Large videos may take longer to analyze or export, especially on older devices.
