Need Help With PopColor?

Gameplay

PopColor is a compact arcade puzzle game. The goal is to score as high as possible before the timer ends.

• Pop groups of 3 or more matching gems.
• Connected gems can touch in any direction, including diagonally.
• Wrong taps can break a clean run, so scan before you pop.
• Training is available when you want to practice without pressure.

Daily Challenges

PopColor's social loop is asynchronous. Challenge links and Game Center challenges are about beating today's score before the board resets.

• If a challenge link has expired, PopColor opens today's board so you can play and challenge back.
• If Game Center is unavailable, check that you are signed in from iOS Settings.
• Leaderboards may need an internet connection to refresh.

PopColor+

PopColor+ is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that supports the game and unlocks more features.

• Unlocks include unlimited runs, endless training, past scores, and trophies.
• If you already purchased PopColor+, open the PopColor+ page and tap Restore Purchase.
• Purchases, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple through your Apple Account.

Troubleshooting

1. Update PopColor from the App Store.
2. Restart PopColor, then restart your device if the issue keeps happening.
3. For PopColor+, confirm you are using the Apple Account that purchased it and tap Restore Purchase.
4. For Game Center, confirm you are signed in and have a working connection.
5. If a shared challenge opens oddly, try opening it again after the app is fully closed.
