Get started making beats

Turn up Main Volume and tap pads to play the default kit in Sample mode.

Press PLAY to hear a full sequence with those sounds.

Press SEQ to open Sequence Mode. Tap lit pads during playback to switch beats.
Tip: Double-press STOP rapidly to kill all sound instantly.

Tap a pad to start. The waveform builds in real time.

Tap the pad again or press STOP to finish.
Tip: Turn K1 to change source: Mic, USB (phone), or Rear (line-in).

Adjust & trim your sample

In Sample Mode: K1 = start point, K2 = end point.

Hold SHIFT + PAD 13 (TRIM SAMPLE) to permanently cut outside the markers.

Press CHOP to slice across pads. Press LOOP to loop the sample.
Tip: See ⇧ on screen? Hold SHIFT to zoom the waveform with the knobs for precise trimming.

In Sequence Mode, tap an unlit pad to select an empty slot.

Press SEQ RECORD to arm recording.

Press PLAY. Tap pads to lay down your beat. Loops and overdubs automatically.

Press STOP when done. Press PLAY again to listen back.
Tip: Made a mistake? Hold SHIFT + − to undo the last recording pass instantly.

Press PAD FX and hit pads to trigger effects. Harder press = more effect.

Press KNOB FX to control one effect with K1–K3, keeping pads free.

Press SHIFT + PAD FX to enter Flex Beat — time-warp stutter effects.
Tip: Press SHIFT + KNOB FX to choose which effect and which pads it applies to.
